A growing organization is seeking an energetic and driven Inside Sales Specialist to join its team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on engaging prospective clients, showcasing product value propositions, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Call prospective clients and deliver impactful product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and the overall value of the solution
- Consult with medical practice owners to understand their workflow needs and expectations
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for sales opportunities
- Develop and execute a lead generation plan, including managing both outbound and inbound prospects
- Follow up with prospective clients and demonstrate expertise in closing deals
- Attend sales group meetings to discuss sales targets, forecasts, and market trends
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects for the organization
- Provide suggestions to improve sales and marketing strategies
- Achieve 100% of Sales MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) targets
- Effectively connect the product’s value proposition to customer requirements
- Submit daily reports on sales tools and activities
